Kung-Fu means "Time and Energy / A skill that is learned over time." It is a martial art derived from the famous Shaolin Temple in China. It is extremely effective for self-defense, dominating the entire oriental martial arts field for the past several thousand years. It is also an excellent exercise for both men and women of all ages for building a stronger mind and body.
There are many styles of Kung-Fu. The most popular style is derived from the famous Shaolin temple in the Henan Province of China. External styles of Kung-Fu, in general, rely on muscular force; whereas, internal styles rely on the mind to conquer the body, on softness to conquer hardness.
